Redding Soccer
Redding Youth Soccer provides a healthy activity through its recreational and small sided games programs. These programs emphasize FUN and de-emphasize winning at all costs. Every child is guaranteed playing time and the game is taught in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere where not only can players grow, but all of our amazing volunteer coaches are supported in their growth alongside the players.
For the player who develops advanced skills and greater ambition, highly competitive teams are offered through the North State Soccer Club. This player might have his or her sights set on playing in college, earning a soccer scholarship or seeing how far they can take their passion for the sport - maybe all the way to playing for the U. S. Olympic or National teams.
Redding Youth Soccer is a non-profit, volunteer run organization whose mission is to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of Redding’s youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition. Our job is also to make it fun, and instill in young players a lifelong passion for the sport.
Youth from over 70 schools in the Redding area participate in RYSL each season. Our programs foster friendships between players and families from a wide variety of neighborhoods and schools and bring our entire community together in support of creating a positive sports culture. Come and join us!
